- tui.sh: komplett überarbeitet mit _strip_format() für basic mode
- whiptail als mittleres Fallback-Backend hinzugefügt
- Alle #{bold}/#{normal}-Markups entfernt, saubere ANSI-API (tui_info/tui_bold/...)
